1. How soon do you ship?

Orders take 1-2 business days to process from the time it is placed.  Once the order ships, it's 2-10 days for delivery within the US, depending on your location and choice of shipping service.  Please keep in mind that it can can take longer for international orders, if your order has to clear customs.

2. How much do you charge for shipping?

We use weight-based shipping for all orders.  The cart will calculate weight and shipping automatically, with rates provided by the selected shipping carrier.

US Orders: We offer shipping through UPS (Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select)

International: Although it is typically slower than UPS, USPS shipping charges are much more affordable for international customers.
